Primordial Sound Meditation, (as taught by Linda, a Chopra Certified Meditation and Yoga instructor) uses individually selected sounds of nature called mantras to disconnect us from the activity of life. These primordial sounds are based on the vibration the universe was creating at the moment of your birth. Chopra Center co-founders, Deepak Chopra and David Simon, have revived this ancient practice and made it available in an easy-to-learn format. As you silently repeat your mantra, you enter deeper levels of awareness. your mind is no longer caught up in its noisy internal chatter, and is instead exposed to its own true nature: pure awareness. Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga is based on Deepak Chopra's book, The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success. The seven principles apply to each day of the week, with a corresponding mantra and message. The yoga classes integrate the spiritual messages, along with breathing techniques and movements, to help you to attain: higher states of consciousness greater levels of intuition and creativity increased flexibility and energy relief from stress and anxiety restful sleep and inner calm awakening to your true life's purpose
